In addition to those meds I flush out my sinuses with a saline rinse bottle twice a week which cleanses the allergens out. I also use a little Vicks under nose at night so I can sleep.

I also use the saline rinse. I find it really helps, and so does the Vicks. When allergies are bad enough I take Claritin.
