Mostly my itching is my entire back(i always have a back scratch with me), my head and ears which is a pain since i where hearing aids.

Yes I've had the bottoms of my feet itching so bad that I used the foot rest of my chair to scratch them. I find certain things I eat triggers the itch.
Before I was diagnosed May last year, my feet were itchy lots and that goes back quite a few years.
Find your triggers and don't eat or use them.
Use unscented laundry detergent, lotions. Alcohol is one trigger for me.
