I use collagen peptides. I love it because it's like a lubricant for my joints . I've been using it a long time . It's tasteless and it goes into my coffee. I also use moringa . That's a very good one to use as well . Ask your doctor first.

Before starting any supplements, including collagen, it's essential to discuss this with your healthcare team. They can provide personalized guidance based on your specific PBC condition and current medications.

Like other supplements, collagen could potentially interact with medications or affect your liver function. Your doctor needs to evaluate if it's safe for your particular situation. When considering supplements with PBC:
• Start slowly if approved by your doctor
• Watch for any unusual symptoms
• Keep track of how you feel
• Maintain regular checkups and blood work
• Don't skip follow-up appointments

Remember that a balanced diet is still the best source of nutrition when managing PBC.
