My Urso is by Epic Pharmacy. I take 300 in morning and 500 at night. When I run out of 300’s I will take 500 each time. I don’t remember if you are gluten free. If you are you may need to check if your medication is. If you are not you might consider going gluten free for a couple of months to see if that helps. I use to get diarrhea constantly and then went to Europe and had no problems. I came back and went gf for a couple of months and haven’t had that problem since. I’m not gluten intolerant there’s something that they add to our flour in USA that starts with bi. It’s what I have problems with. If I’m eating noodles or pasta I make sure it’s from Italy. Hi Sheila, the manufacturer of the URSO that I take is Glenmark Pharma. I also take 2 500mg daily but I spread them apart. One in the morning and one in the evening. Maybe that is why Linda is getting indigestion and poor appetite. I always take it after eating so that it does not hit and empty stomach.

Hi Sheila, I’m not sure that my info will help you as I’m on a low dose of Urso-250 mg. twice a day. The manufacturer of mine is listed as Strides. I’m hoping you get some relief soon.

Sheila I too have diarrhea practically every morning! I thought it was from taking Ursodiol so I went off the med for a month but still was having diarrhea. So I guess it is not the med. I only have diarrhea in the morning!!! There’s days I’ll take Imodium. No other stomach issues. Hope this helps!
