Good morning everyone. It has been just over a year since my diagnosis. I think the only change I have felt is the fatigue has stepped it up some. I don't give it any authority over me though. I just force myself to press forward. I refuse to let this get any place in me. If I were to give in to this fatigue it would win and then all sorts of other things would begin, especially in my mindset. I trust in my Savior Jesus Christ. I am reminded of how He had to continue to press forward knowing what he was going to face. Paul endured so much suffering and he also never gave his circumstances any authority in his life. I can only imagine the kind of pain and struggle he dealt with every day.
Psalm 16:8 Is a scripture I lean on and will share with you; "I have set the Lord continually before me; Because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken."
Today is the day the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it." This another one. I will look for the good in each day. And I will find what I look for, so will you.If you look for the bad you will find it. If you look for the good you will find it. Look up today and know that the Lord is aware of your situation and He has promised to see you through every struggle. God bless.
Hello Glen, Hang Tough My Friend! Sending a 'Bear Hug... with a few back slaps included
Tired every day, some days worse than others. I'm okay
Fatigued and in a lot of pain due to a fibromyalgia flare-up. Not in a good place.
Finally able to speak with the office of liver specialist. I will get to go in next week. The head doctor is a researcher and world known. I just don’t think there is much they can do for me at this stage. They did order some pills to get rid of fluid in my belly. I’m supposed to weigh every morning and keep a record to see if it helps. Have you taken anything for fluid buildup?
