I will search for cherry juice with no added sugars! Thank you for that suggestion 😊

I am using a hypnotherapy app called HypnoBox that I have found extremely helpful with anxiety and sleep. I was definitely NOT sleeping through the night until I started it. I honestly didn't think it would work but figured what else did i have to lose... happy to have something non-pharma besides tea to help me!

Big cup of hot Almond milk with turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and some cardamom - puts me out real quick.

Also magnesium glycinate also helps with sleep 300mg 30 min before bed - of course that goes with the usual proviso that you need to check with your specialist before taking anything new!

You can also try tart cherry juice about an hour or so before bed, it has melatonin in it, and as a bonus, it also helps with inflammation. Only thing is, it has about 25 grams of sugar in most varieties, so just keep that in mind with the rest of the sugar you had for the day.
