Please know that it is not some immediate "death sentence". Many of us live long and enjoyable lives with mild to no symptoms. Fatigue and itch being the most common. Symptoms vary from person to person. And at different levels.

Find a good GI dr and a reumatologist. Your primary care dr should be onto this for you. It should not be up to you to find them. Good luck. There does not seem to be alot known about this PBC and auto immune. Hopefully your area has more expertise than US
