Have been on Ursodiol for a year now and my ALP has been back in normal range but now it’s back in the ‘high’ range.

Hi Shelly, I have been on Urso for 23 years. Yes, there are ups and downs with this drug. I take 500mg twice a day. Be mindful of what you eat. i had a major problem with whey protein. It caused my numbers to jump terrible high, like 1400 and 700. I had to stop all supplements and start over. My numbers are pretty good at the moment, but it can be a bumpy ride.
