It caused me stomach aches and other side effects. I ended up taking the full dose at night before going to sleep to help reduce my symptoms.

I was taking ursodiol in capsule form & absolutely couldn’t tolerate the headaches & quit taking it. I have recently started taking it again in tablet form & so far headaches have been milder & tolerable.

I had the same thing after restarting Ursodiol after being off it for 4months. Mine was every morning. But now it has settled down and only occurs about once a week. It took about 6 weeks to setttle down.

I’ve been on Urso for only 3 weeks. So far I haven’t experienced any side effects.
As one who has suffered from migraines, I totally feel for you.

I have not had that experience of having a headache with ursodiol. I hope your headaches stop soon.
