I bought Oralieve from Amazon. One pump onto the tongue and swirl round your mouth helps me. I have Viscotears lube for eye dryness.

Jan & Mary, I thought I had Sjogren's; so did Eye Dr.
She had me use the warm compresses, use humidifier in bed room and in living room where I was most. Recommended Pat-a-Day drops, expensive OTC but Walgreens and others make a generic, main ingredient Olopatdine Hydrocholoride Opthalmic solution USP 0.2% histamine. ONE drop only in A.M.
Then use drops , like Refresh, Theratears, Blink. 3-4 times a day. Also recommended RETAINE PM lubricant ointment for night.
She masked my Dr add a test for Sjogrens in my next bloodwork draw. It came back Negative!
Weird, because the same test 8 months ago showed Positive. Will check on my next Dr appt on 9/27/25.
The Test was ANA SCREEN, IFA
SJOGREN'S ANTIBODY (SS-A)

As for dry mouth (I use sugar free lemon drops :) I don't have any suggestions other than the ones posted.
DISCLAIMER :) Hope this helps, this may not apply to others, we are all different and should check with our doctors.

Joyce I was using the Pataday (Costco has good price), plus the refresh and a gel at night. Now no drops but I’m very good about doing the warm compresses twice a day for 5 minutes. I bought a silk eye mask that heats up and that’s what I use.

I have not been diagnosed with it but have had both dry mouth and dry eyes for awhile. I drink a ton of water! My yey doctor told me to use warm compresses on my eyes twice a day for five minutes. It really works for me! I don’t have to use eye drops anymore.
