I don’t eat ultra processed foods. I bake my own nutcake and banana bread with only natural ingredients. The 50-30-10 diet for a healthy microbioma works good for me as well. (50 types of natural foods like nuts, fruits, beans, seeds, vegetables per week; 30 types of fruits and vegetables per week and 10 of those per day).

I've been on a fun journey juicing organic veggies like carrots, kale, and zesty lemons. Growing my own vegetables and raising chickens for fresh eggs has been rewarding, especially in light of recent supermarket recalls.

Eating smaller portions and wrapping up meals by 7 or 8 PM works wonders for me. I love making desserts, especially cobblers, and growing my own herbs adds fresh flavor to my cooking. Gardening has truly become a passion!

I enjoy a variety of fruits, leafy greens, nuts, and legumes, and I encourage everyone to listen to their own bodies. Fresh is always best! Oh, and avoid shellfish! Can't wait to hear your creations!😁

Many find the Mediterranean diet healthy for pbc. I think diet is very unique to each individual… I have had food sensitivity/allergy testing done to help me determine what foods to eat and avoid.
