I do get very dry in my nose. I have had bloody nose. I use a nasal spray everyday. I have dry eyes and dry mouth. I have used Vaseline on Qtip to put inside my nose to keep it moist. It makes sense with PBC- Eyes,Nose and Mouth are all connected.

I notice, when I Over exert myself- I wake up with sore throat and horse voice. Can last few days.

I seem to have a bit of a stuffy nose and/or sore throat first thing in the morning or right before bed but it seems to go away. I do see more 'irritation' of my nose, like there are fuzzes in it that bother me

Yes! I attribute the cold-like symptoms to the Cosentyx that I take for PsA, but I don't have any idea why the inside of my nose gets very sore at times. Could be because our mucus membranes thin out as we age?
