Yes I sure did get hot and sweaty and my stomach was full of tiny red, but went away when I cooled off

I've never had any red bumps. I've noticed red blotches when the severe itching is active though. Maybe it's a reaction that isn't related to PBC.

I would get dx from your doctor. Maybe a referral to a dermatologist?

How long have you had it?
Is it itchy?
Does it have tiny white heads?
Have you eaten any new food?
Have you worn any new clothes?
Is it blotchy?
Have been in contact with another person with same rash?
Do you have other symptoms like a fever, sore joints etc.
