Does taking it all at night help? Any other dietary changes that were helpful? Did the dizziness stop after a certain point? Did you just stop taking it altogether?

When I started Ursodiol, I had two days of dizziness to the point of severe nausea. After the first two days I have felt fine. I take it in the morning and have my two cups of coffee. I have a protein shake about an hour later. I take it morning and after dinner no side effects now 2 months in.

I agree with Robin. It didn't take long for the feeling to go away. A few days. I think it's the one that they say not to eat drink/grapefruit with also.
