My legs feel like stone walking up stairs. I'm always so tired. Sometimes I nap before driving home. Only at stage 1. Liver enzymes are finally in normal range thank you Lord, cholesterol is through the roof, I have horrible episodes of vomiting and diarrhea with no warning. I have a little fluid at the bottom of both sides in my lungs. I stay bloated... my Gastro doc checked for Celiac disease, and H. pylori... both negative.

I've always been active and at a decent weight. First job… read more

That all sounds awful, and I can understand your tired, it was debilitating for me as well. I changed jobs and holed up socially for a long time, let my house and yard get a bit sloppy.. but all I could do was get up, go to the new job and be present, and then drag myself home. The weekend was filled with trying to the the bare minimum chores in between naps.

Have you changed your diet to Mediterranean? I know that sounds silly, but once I committed to the diet and started walking at least 30 minutes every day, my energy truly started to come back, paired with Ursodiol. It was hard in the beginning to push through the tired, but soon I felt stronger and more myself. On the days I could, I would walk on my lunch break, as I have more energy in the middle of the day, but the days I walked after work - I would feel like I was dragging myself down the street just to finish the 30 minutes, but it was worth getting through that hump.

Hi ShellBelle, welcome. You’ve come to the right place as I’m sure you’ll find some information and lots of support. I haven’t experienced some of the issues you’re experiencing so I can’t really advise but I’m assuming you’re on Ursodiol, as some people report having the bloating and nausea. Please talk to your doctor and get his guidance.
