I have pbc was diagnosed in feb currently on Urso what i dont understand is i have no liver damage so bit confused as to why im on tablets ?

Lately I have been feeling when I rise in the morning, but after about 6-7 hours I get so sleepy that I cannot hold my eyes open and have to lie down and take about a 2 hr nap. I currently take 900 mg on urso daily plus several other pills to eliminate fluid I have been at stage 4 for several years. Any ideas.

That helps i do get very tired and also get pain under my ribs most days i have other health issues thyroid etc i have days i have no energy whatsoever
