Yes, it is constipating for me too, but since I tend toward diarrhea when my IBS flares, I'm hoping my body settles into a normal cycle for bowel movements. What is "normal"? LOL

I itch all over bottom of legs and feet, don’t know if it is dry skin or pbc. Very cold and windy every day in upstate ny
