Hi Christine. My hepatologist didn’t really say much about it. It was from my own reading that I learned about weight gain with Urso. But he did increase my Urso dosage this week because of my weight gain, since the dosage is calculated according to body weight. 🙈

Yes I've gained 20 pounds in 8 months since I started taking Urso!

I don't think so. My weight gain was never attributed to Ursodiol. I started Ursodiol in 2010, I believe. I was 52. I have always struggled with weight. I lost 35lbs about 5yrs ago... better food choices and more movement.
