My doctor said I didn't have the AIH, then put me on meds for it then took me off saying I don't . My alt and ast have always been high. They've wanted to put me on the Octavia but have to wait a year which is May. Diagnosed May 2024.

I'm doing more research on the autoimmune hepatitis. But what I've found it's the fatigue, jaundice and brain drain that's the same as PBC. It's an overlap of both.
Hi Amanda, ursodiol, budenoside, mycophenolate (cellcept)… Budenoside is 9 mg for 2 weeks, then 6 for two weeks, then 3 mg probably stay there. Looking forward to getting down to 3 mg., don’t like steroid side effects!
