Been on livdelzi for 6 mths combined with ursidol no itching energetic not fatigued like before.

Hey Ellen, my Hep Dr. Switched me from Ocaliva to Seladelpar taken with Ursodiol. I've been on Urso for 13 years and it tremendously helped bring down my Alk.Phos blood levels. Then I was put on Ocaliva with Urso to see if my AlkPhos would come down even more towards normal. It worked for a bit but my Alk Phos was still elevated. Thankfully I had no reactions to Urso and Ocaliva. 2.5 months ago my Hep.Dr took me off of Ocaliva and put me on Seladelpar. It has done wonderful things. For the First time in 14 years my Alk.Phos is Normal-Not elevated at all. It made me cry. I am So Greatful plus my Hep.Dr. was Very Happy. I had No reactions to the Seladelpar taking it with Urso. None only thirst

I took it for two weeks and then had liver labs done, came back with much more elevated numbers. Doc stopped the med and left me on my usual Ursodial. I have a friend taking The Seladelpar and she has palm itching, gas, greasy stools and bloating all new to her since starting the med.

Hi @A myPBCteam Member. That’s great news about your response to Livdelzi! When you said “energetic not fatigued like before,” how much improvement in energy are you talking about?
