I find exercising even if it’s just walking 30 minutes a day and drinking a protein shake helps a bit but definitely have joint muscle soreness. The fatigue is still there even if I do sleep, but it’s not as bad. I realize when I stop walking or exercising, even though I have to push myself to do it that I’ll get more fatigued never had to work out in my life till recently. I also take b + amino acid shots i get at a health place that does laser and stuff like that. I find that they help give me the little bit of energy. I do need to get through the day sometimes I’ll take up to two shots a week. When I stopped taking them, I do feel the difference. It helps your mood too. But I’m also on Zepbound for the fatty liver, but there has been studies that it keeps our numbers down as well and seems to be working great I don’t lose weight as fast as or as much as most people its probably due to the PBC but my fibrosis have reverse since I started taking the Zepbound

Hello, yes muscle fatigue is included in this mess unfortunetly for us that deal with this issue. is hard on days when the fatigue is that bad that it feels like you cannot function. But we have to move even if is a little bit at the time to help our muscles. Sending hugs your way.
