For me it depends on the day. Some days I can plow right through a plate of food (mind you I use little plates), and then other days I can’t even look at food without feeling nauseous.
Keep on smiling 😀
Yes, I tend to eat smaller meals throughout the day. I always take food home from restaurants because the portions are too big.
Doctors. I have a wonderful doctor, he saved my life. BUT- when I told him I was struggling with anxiety he said “but your numbers are improving so why are you anxious?”. I just think doctors are not trained at all in bed side manner. They are very scientific and logical. Chronic disease is debilitating no matter how “healthy “ you are. I would say, if you can’t find another doctor, stick with this one (as long as you are comfortable with the results) and insist on discussing symptoms that you think he/she can help with. Our meds and illness cause SO many weird symptoms.
I myself have these same days where I can eat fine, then there are other days where I'm so nauseated I can eat very little.
Hi , I have the same problem it started around months ago. I eat small portions now. I use medical Marijuana for all my pains ,and it gives me hungry, but only small portions. I was going to a weight loss program and they taught me how to eat 5 small meals a day. It keeps your blood sugar level. I lost 80lbs that way and kept it off for 10 years. Try to include protein, and 5 fruits and 5 vegetables a day. 😉
