I deal with this, forgetful, memory loss etc. but I attribute mine more to age than the PBC.

I had read an article about over abundance of ammonia in system causing brain fog. I asked my doctor to check and I had double normal amounts. He prescribed a medicine and it took awhile but my amounts are back to normal and I only get brain fog when I’m really tired.
