My doctor told me, my fibrosis scan showed mild inflammation.
I’m thankful. It sounds like you are in a good shape in regards to your liver.

This is good news. My understanding is this PBC is a very slowly progressive disease. I have seen some people here in stage 3 that have had it 20+ years. Many do not get properly diagnosed until then
