Dates are anti-inflammatory and helpful however you have to watch how many you eat because they are also high in calories. Adding them to smoothies, using date syrup instead of processed sugar and using them in baking is ideal.

I love dates. I have eaten two or three a day for a couple of years now.
I either eat them whole or in something I'm eating (salads, yogurt, cottage cheese) almost anything actually. They are also a good source of fiber.
My dad was military and through my being blessed to live that life, I have had some awesome opportunities and blessings to eat wonderful foods from all over the world.
