Ever since I started the 900 MG of ursodiol, my poop has been slowing getting back to normal color and smell. I had the poop issues for 3 years before getting diagnosed with PBC, just like I had high blood pressure for 3 years as well due to the PBC, now my blood pressure been lowering while on ursodiol.

I’m so sorry. I know how it is. I’ve been on Urso since2016. It works to keep the bile flowing through the ducts. The excessive Gastrointestinal issues keep me in bed 4 or so days a week.
Yes and I have been on URSO for 9 months. Labs are within normal range but no changes with this! Some days are worse than others and I am sure it has something to do with diet but I have yet to figure it out. I also have bouts where I have vomiting and diarrhea and no idea what causes that. My recent ultrasound says my liver is now cirrhotic where 9 months ago no mention of any scarring and I have been on 900 mg URSO the entire time.
