I was wondering if anybody else has trouble processing beef.
I’ve found that it will be very slow and in my stomach for days. I get nausea if I eat it and have upper right stomach pain.

I avoid all red meat, pork, sausages and deli meats entirely. I stick to fish and chicken.
I can't eat beef either. I get really sick to my stomach and really bad pains in my stomach to the point I'm curled up in bed hurting for hours to days
My Dr told me no red meat... not that I was a big meat eater too begin with, but just being told you shouldn't eat a certain food item makes you want it all the more!! Lol
