My eye doctor recommended Refresh. They work well for me. Have had cataract surgery in both eyes and this helps with the dryness.

I also have Sjogrens and use CEQUA twice a day because dry eyes were severe. In between i use Thealoz which i got from my Ophthalmologist .

For those with PBC and severe dry eyes, have you been checked for Sjogrens? The two are often found together. I found a dry eye specialist that diagnosed me and it has helped so much. I also use Manuka eye drops made from Manuka honey. They burn like crazy for about 20 seconds but they work better than any prescription drops I’ve tried.
