Hi, I met with a professional registered dietitian who took information about my health issues etc and gave me an eating guide which has been very helpful for me. If you do decide to do that, I would let her know you feel hungry all of the time and would like that addressed in your meal guide. I do not have that hunger issue myself. For me making sure I have a good balance of protein, fat, grain/starch, fruits/veggies is important- especially to have enough protein and fat if you are hungry a lot might be important! I do not drink alcohol and have minimal cane sugar in my diet. I eat meat, fish, poultry, and not much beans as I do not digest them well.

You may be deficient in vitamins. You will continue to eat to try and get those vitamins. If your doctor can run labs to check your levels that might point you in correct path.

This pretty much sums it up. If you like celery you can add peanut butter, or shredded carrots mixed with Ranch or coleslaw mix and add a few raisins for sweetness. These are good snacks. Greek yogurt with your favourite fresh fruit. You could also follow a diabetic diet and this will cut down on the sugar and fat content as well as simple carbs. If you eat more protein you will feel fuller longer. Hope this helps.

Soda was really hard for me until I started drinking sparkling water. I was at an 8 pack of 16 oz bottles of Mountain Dew every day including 1 for breakfast.
I slowly cut it out over a month. Now my intake is 3 cups of black coffee until 2:00 while alternating 🙂sparkling water the rest of the day and I keep it with me to bed for dry mouth.
I use the following recipe book for most of my meals as my husband and I are on strict diets due to diabetes and his heart.
