Yes there is! The PBC Foundation host regular online meet-ups.
Lots for timings that work in UK but also they have regular ones every month for USA times too.
Next one for USA is on 6 August 2026. I believe that the foundation does this monthly for USA time zones. But everyone welcome from anywhere in world to join any of their sessions regardless of whether it’s advertised for UK / USA etc…

They are very helpful and might organise if requested and demand shown.
If the time zones for the USA meet-up one work you can also join that and ask directly if they’ll organise one for Canada?
